Richard Enos was raised in a farming community in Southeast Massachusetts. His father’s family rasied chickens, his stepfather raised chickens and rabbits, and his first job as a kid was working at a small farm in the summertime and fall. He was always interested in cooking, and has become a locavore as much as possible. This site will focus on using locally sourced food products in everyday meals, where and when these products are available, and anything newsworthy such as food recalls and farmers market news.
